Deadline for contributed talks has passed. Posters are still being accepted.
The registration fee of $275 covers all costs for the workshop, including morning and afternoon
snacks and refreshments, lunches, conference proceedings, and the conference (buffet style) banquet
on March 30th. If you would like to arrange to purchase additional banquet tickets for guests, please email
the workshop and you will be contacted with directions on how this can be done. On site registration will also be available.
$45 may be charged to a person wanting to attend the workshop lectures for the day. Only morning and afternoon snacks and refreshments are included in the daily rate (no poster or proceedings are included in a single day rate)
Cancellations will receive a full refund up to Feb 25th, 2011. After that date the reimbursement amount
will depend on the amount of non-refundable deposit required from our vendors. Please email any cancellation
request to the workshop with Cancel in the Subject line.
The registration process is performed in two steps. First, fill out the registration form found below.
You will then be directed to a new page to make a credit card payment.
If yes, please submit a title and abstract below. We can accommodate a small number of contributed
talks which will be selected by the SOC, the remainder of the presentations will be in poster format,
and will be displayed for the entire meeting. Both posters and talks will be given space for
contributions in the Workshop Proceedings.
