Author Presentation and Poster Information



Presentation Information


Thank you to all the authors who have submitted for talks for the workshop.


Presenters may use their own laptop computers for presentions. A laptop PC will be provided for those in need of a computer. PDF or Microsoft PowerPoint formats will be accepted. ALL presenters are highly encouraged to test out their computers and/or files before the start of the day or during breaks.


Talks durations can be viewed under Science Program. The 5 minutes for questions are included in the slotted time.


Note: international participants be aware of standard American plugs and sockets



Poster Information


Thank you to all the authors who have submitted posters for the workshop.


Each poster will be given a 4x4 ft space in which to be hung.  Pins will be provided at the workshop and posters will be arranged topically to go with the sessions being offered.


Posters will be on display during the whole workshop. Posters can be hung up starting Monday at 8:15 and will be displayed through Thursday at 11:30.  "Poster pop" sessions will be offered throughout the workshop so that poster presenters can stand up and give an brief (1-2 slide) summary of her/his poster. 


Each poster author will also be able to produce a short paper to include in the ASP Conference Proceedings.  The last day to submit a poster is March 18.
